These rules (hereinafter "the Rules") regulate the conditions of participation in the Draw called COURSE FOR TEACHERS OF SPANISH 1 WEEK (hereinafter called "the Contest") to be organized by Escuela de Idiomas Carlos V SL with registered office Avda. República Argentina 27 B (1st Floor, Module B); 41011 Seville with CIF B 90154055. The organizer reserves the right to totally or partially modify the conditions for technical, organizational or commercial reasons, committing to publish any modification together with these Bases, as well as to communicate said changes in its own media.

The drawing will be open only to Spanish teachers and administrators who visit our stand at AATSP 2023 Forum in Salamanca and fill out the participation form.

Participation in the drawing will open on the day AATSP 2023 in Salamanca begins, and will end at the close of the AATSP 2023 in Salamanca event.

Participation in the drawing will be done through the registration form that will be accessed by scanning the QR code present on the posters of the same. To qualify for the prize, the MECHANICS detailed in point 5 must be followed. The result of the drawing will be communicated within a maximum period of 7 days after the conclusion of the event.

To participate in the Draw, you must scan the QR code present on the poster of our stand at AATSP 2023 in Salamanca. This QR directs to a registration form that must be filled out truthfully.

The winner of the drawing will enjoy an authentic linguistic immersion of 1 week in our school. Said immersion includes transfer from the airport, residence accommodation on a full-board basis, a one-week Spanish teaching improvement course of duration and cultural program. Flight is not included.

The winner of the drawing will be notified by email hola@idiomascarlosv.com within a maximum period of one week after the closing of the event. In this email, the winner will receive a graphic that must be printed and photographed with it. This photo will be sent to our school to be published on our web and social media channels as the winner of the prize drawing.

As detailed in point 7, the organizer may publish an audiovisual piece on their social media channels that will include the image provided by the winner in the drawing.

The Participants in the Contest accept the incorporation of the data that they have sent to a database owned by the Organizer for the management of the Contest, as well as for sending commercial communications from the Organizer and/or associated companies. 

The Participants expressly authorize the Carlos V Language School to use them for statistical and commercial purposes, authorizing their inclusion in a database managed by the Carlos V Language School.

The Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, as established in RGPD or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons in the regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC General Data Protection Regulation. Users of the Carlos V Language School may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, forgetting or deletion, opposition or limitation, and portability by communicating it by email to hola@idiomascarlosv.com with the subject GDPR.

The Participants in the prize drawing, by participating in it, expressly and without reservation accept the Rules of the drawing, the privacy policy of the Organizer, as well as the conditions of use of the Web, these last two available on the web www.idiomascarlosv.com. The Organizer will not be in any way responsible for breaches or infringements of any kind related to this drawing.
